Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Williams.
Lindsey is a native Texan, raised in Flower Mound and was a cheerleader at Marcus High School. Go Big Red! She received her Associate degree in Nursing from Brookhaven College and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. While living in Florida as a military wife, she was able to fulfill her desire to continue on academically. She proudly received her Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida while her husband was deployed overseas. Oh, and while working nights in the Emergency Department and raising two kids under 3 years old.
How? She explains: “Perseverance, daily resolve, constant positive self-talk… and maybe a little red wine and Blue Bell thrown in there somewhere.”
She loves being a “boy mom” to her two little joys- Cole & Caden. In 2018, in classic Lindsey- fashion, she re-married to her long-time friend during a spontaneous trip to Vegas 2018. They now reside in Northlake with their family and have been blessed to start a new chapter of life together.
She could never live a day without music, laughter, positive self-talk, yoga and prayer.
As a part of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center- Dallas, she is one of the best in aesthetics, anti-aging, and wellness- my goal is to enhance your beauty and wellness from the inside out! She mainly sees clients at the Southlake location, while there are 5 current DFW locations she is affiliated with. Highland Park, Flower Mound, Frisco, Ft Worth, and next is Alliance (coming soon!)
Education & training:
• Trained by Director and advanced injector Heather Tindell who brought BHRC to Dallas from the flagship clinic in Beverly Hills. We get to take the knowledge and skills from Beverly Hills and bring it to clients in DFW.”

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Definitely ups and downs. Nursing school and Nurse Practitioner school were both super tough but was the best decision of my life. There are SO many opportunities in the nursing field, and there is a great need for smart minds with caring hearts.
My advice to anyone going through something tough: keep your eyes on the goal, but achieve it one day at a time. Like you’re climbing a mountain, just put one foot in front of the other… then one day, you’ll wake up and you’ll be on top! Sometimes starting is the hardest part, just take the first step.
I write sticky notes to myself of bible verses and inspirational quotes and post them everywhere. Take care of yourself- sleep and veggies! Positive self-talk is KEY.
We’d love to hear more about Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.
There is a growing need for nurse practitioners and I believe in advocating for NPs ability to positively impact their local community to the highest of their ability. Continuing education and holding close to my nursing heart is what I love the most about being a nurse practitioner. Not only do I use my education and experience to keep patients safe and cared for holistically, but at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, I get to have a creative outlet with aesthetic injectables. The end result? Happy clients who go out and feel good therefore they do good! It’s a win-win and such a happy balance for me. After all, life is all about balance, right?
Certified by the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M), BHRC’s natural, holistic approach blends the art and science of age management using cutting-edge technologies and breakthrough treatments. With an impressive menu of innovative services, including feminine rejuvenation, body contouring, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and laser therapy. Along with a team, I customize treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs and goals with simply gorgeous results.
Finding a mentor and building a network are often cited in studies as a major factor impacting one’s success. Do you have any advice or lessons to share regarding finding a mentor or networking in general?
I really lucked out, because my mentor is my boss! My advice is to do your research when job searching, in the interview ask questions to THEM as well. There is nothing wrong with asking if they provide continuing education and mentorships (again I am blessed to have on-going training and education in the field of aesthetics and anti-aging through the company I work for). Make sure they know that mentoring is important to you, and you see yourself being a mentor to someone in the future! Always give back!
