Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracie Amador.
Tracie, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I married my husband in 1992. We have been married for 28 years. We have two beautiful daughters. We have lived in the same house since 1994, we built our home in Meadows West, Meadows West is a wonderful neighborhood in fort worth. We absolutely love this neighborhood.
We both decided we wanted to make a career change and build something from the ground up. We opened up a home inspection company in 2016 that we named CKA Home Inspections, those are my husband’s initials. After helping him get up and running, I decided I wanted to become a REALTOR. I went to school and received my Real Estate license in March of 2018. We have never looked back. We love what we do and we could not do it without each other’s support.
I value all of my clients, I strive to build long-lasting relationships with each of them that go far beyond business. I know buying a home can be an overwhelming process that is why I work close with all of my clients to try and make it as stress-free as possible. I am truly passionate about what I do and I love helping my clients achieve their goals and dreams! Being a Realtor is very exciting, I never know what the next day is going to bring.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I guess one of the challenges I have faced is that I really have to put myself out there… I always have thought of myself as kind of being quiet and shy but I have learned that I love talking with people, meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships. Real Estate is definitely a relationship business.
Alright – so let’s talk business. What else should we know about you and your career so far?
Experienced Realtor, I currently serve buyers and sellers located in and around Fort Worth, Texas. Always holding client satisfaction as her highest priority, I work hard to make the entire home buying and selling experience as productive and enjoyable as possible. I am graduate of Purvis Real Estate Institution and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. My extensive knowledge and experience allow me to handle a wide range of clients and situations. Whether my clients are looking for a home for the very first time or they’re seasoned investors; I work tirelessly to accommodate their needs and exceed their expectations. I am well-versed in the area’s housing market. In my free time, I volunteer for Tarrant Area Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I have worked with lots of friends and family, helping them find their forever home. I love seeing the look on their face on closing day, it’s always so exciting and never gets old!!
