Today we’d like to introduce you to Cameron Gatewood.
Cameron, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started my journey when my parents bought me my first Polaroid during my teenage years. I always took pictures during family events. I was known as that little cousin that always took Pictures. I’ve gotten older, I focused more on my studies to become an anesthesiologist. Around that time, I’ve lost my passion and maintained a 9-5 job. Presently, I bought myself my first Canon Camera. I felt like I found myself again, remembered what my true passion was, “Capturing a Pause in Life,” which is taking pictures, making people feel good when they see themselves through my Lenses. I started my own company call “Thibault Studio.” Thibault is a Germanic name that French uses as a surname that means “Courageous People.” That name was chosen due to what I represent as a person and my crew that’s Hired by Thibault.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My struggle was not having the full knowledge of photography, knowing your lighting, editing and learning the right angles. Photography is not all about just taking pictures theirs a lot more thought and process involved which I grasp quickly during photo shoots. I have a great support system, my wife and I make a great team together, which created a smooth Road. I’m taking it a day at a time because the sky is the Limit.
Thibault Studios – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Thibault Studios is a photography company that was established in 2019. We love catching the Moment. We specialize in portraits, fine arts, fashion, Boudoir, wedding, events and architectural photography. I’m proud of the growth of my company, lately, we’ve been getting a lot of exposure through our Social Media and a lot of my clientele shares my work and there experience with Thibault Studios. What sets us apart from others is that there’s only one Thibault. We have a unique perspective by the combination of inputs that allow our interest, experiences and talents to establish our identity through our Photos.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
The World sees success as a mindset of “being” when you have achieved a “goal” of being “successful.” Let me explain. The World views success as a state so that when we achieve a level of Wealth, Fame and the external admiration of others. I prefer the idea of success as in trying to be “successful” daily. For me, “success” is when you do your work by using effortless energy, creating your work with love, put Soul into your creativity. We should try to be as successful in our photography just as in our lives.

- $175 package 1 outfit 1 location and 4 retouch photos
- $350 package 2 outfit 2 location and 10 retouch photos
- $650 package 4 outfit 3 location and 20 retouch photos
My Hourly charge: $70
Studio sessions is not included with package deals this will be a separate price and will need to call me for a free consultation. The package deals is outside only.
