Meet Nicole and Scott Endersby of Endersby Productions in Keller

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole and Scott Endersby.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Nicole and Scott. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
We met working at the Magic Kingdom. Scott started photographing with Walt Disney World back in 2005. He has always had a passion for photography and the arts. We opened our photography business in 2010. We just started a Podcast this year called “A Special Life,” which is all about our special needs life and owning a small business. Nicole is writing a book about our special needs journey. Stay tuned for this…

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not always been a smooth road, but what dream or small business is? We started our company during the recession, so we already started in hard times. We had started Real Estate Photography when there was not really a huge request at the time for it. We believed in the business and what we wanted to achieve. I believe you are meant to go through challenges and lessons to be able to grow. This being to not only build your business but your own personal growth. No one ever sees the hard work as that is usually behind the scenes. They tend to only see all the progress that is shown.

Please tell us about Endersby Productions.
We specialize in Real Estate, Commercial and Professional Headshots. We are proud of our #EndersbysHeroes for special needs awareness. We transform children with special needs and their siblings into their favorite superheroes by green screen through events that we do. We have three boys and two of them have Autism. This mission project is in honor of them. We want to be able to one day employ Adults with Disabilities.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Social media was really just making its way when we started our business. I would have put more time in building this part of our business in showcasing all Scott’s work and connecting more with other artists at that time. Scott gets shy with his work sometimes, so I think this would have helped build that part of our business more.
