Neal, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Neal Johnson, and I am the owner of NOW Property Investments LLC. I found my love for real estate fresh out of college in 2018. My mom had been in real estate since I was very young, primarily on the realtor side, so you could say it was in my blood. I knew I did not want to become a realtor at that time but I did enjoy the business side of real estate. After doing some research, I found out about real estate investing and what great impact it could have on others, such as saving people from foreclosure, unwanted homes they were wasting money on and tax sales. From that day forward, I jumped in head first dedicating all of my efforts to homeowners looking for a way out of their troubling situation. The journey has not been the easiest, but it is a blessing seeing the joy on homeowners’ faces when they realize there is a way out. As our motto says, When There Is “No Other Way,” we buy NOW.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No, it has not been a smooth road. It took a lot of work and patience to get where we are now. I think the toughest part about starting a business is brand recognition. You can have the best product/service in the world, but if no one knows who you are then it’s basically useless.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with NOW Property Investments – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We take the burden out of home sales by providing win-win solutions. What differentiates us from other homebuyers is our ability to provide options. Not all of the homeowners have the same problem with selling their home. Therefore we get to the root of the problem and work from there.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
As of right now, our biggest plan is to ramp up our marketing to help more people get to know us and learn about what we do. The scariest part about selling your home can be the feeling of being alone in the process. We want to eliminate those fears by walking with them step by step.
