Inspiring Conversations with Trish Jeffries

Today we’d like to introduce you to Trish Jeffries.

Hi Trish, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I will never forget I was leaving the grocery store one day and I picked up a green sheet and saw that I could take a fast track course at Champions School of Real Estate to get my salespersons license. I was intrigued as I had always wanted to be a real estate agent. I called and inquired of the courses and quickly begun. I took the Saturday, Sunday Saturday fast track courses which were a total of six classes. I loved it.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely not a smooth road. I had a lot of fear and the unknown of where my first deal would come from.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m in the Real Estate Business. I work with buyers and sellers. I specialize in working with first-time home buyers and new construction. What sets me apart from the others is I’m very ambitious and I have a lot to prove. I work very hard and I’m hungry but not thirsty is that makes sense. As a Realtor, I stay knowledgeable always.

For my sellers, I’m gunning for the highest and best and always put their needs first, I work for them. I’m confident. For my buyers, once approved we go house hunting which is very fun. We always look in their price point. I also have a few preferred lenders that I work and have a great relationship with if they inquire of a mortgage lender.
