Community Highlights: Meet Rikki Bett of ThinkRikki

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rikki Bett.

Hi Rikki, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
A friend that I adore needed a new resume and I happily created one for her. She was so impressed that she said I should offer it as a service. (What?! Stop. Do you really love it?)

She told her friends, people started getting hired and recommending my services, good outcomes cultivated awareness, and here we are today.

I love resume writing for the updates.

When a client sends me a text that they were hired, I am thankful to be a part of their journey.

Fast forward to today, I lead a brand marketing service. If you are looking to grow professionally, your marketing piece is your resume. If you are a business owner, I help with brand design, awareness, community engagement, and service/product education.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Oof. It was like driving on a bumpy road in a vintage car without AC and singing at the top of my lungs while praying the next gas station is close.

I had to learn to lean on my Creator, be okay with my growth pace, develop processes to protect my time, and stay focused on the future.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about ThinkRikki?
My clients say lovely things about me and I am thankful (google me). I am most proud of the growth of my clients!

Whether it’s a new job or business launch, their growth is how I measure my success.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Oh. This question is going deep. Well, let’s unblock these memories and start sharing.

I always longed for a table to sit at, was obsessed with Presley and Hitchcock, and wanted to be thin enough to wear oversized pants. Supervision ranged from fundamentalism to freedom and it’s by the grace of God I’m here today.

Fun fact: I would watch “Hello Dolly” and dream of wearing the signature dress.
