Today we’d like to introduce you to Alex Leffall.
Alex, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Alex Leffall and I’m a Multimedia Specialist in Dallas, TX. I’ve always had a passion for cameras and movies, so I picked up a camera and learned Photography/ Videography through mentoring, experience, and just messing around lol.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road for me. I recently lost my father and am coming out of college with debt. A lot of hard days grinding and making sure while I’m chasing my dreams, my family is safe and happy.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a Multimedia Specialist which pretty much means I specialize in multiple aspects of today’s media. Social media, visual media, filmmaking, photography, videography, audio, etc.
I’m proud of myself for keeping my head up through the lowest days and Keeping God first in my life. I’ve hustled and grinded day to day just to only scratch the surface of what I’m going to become.
My drive mentality sets me apart from a lot of other people. When I say I’m going to do something, I mean it. I vision seeing my family front row for the Oscars, I know that’s a dream from God.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
Jesus Christ for his love
My family for their love and support through hard times.
The Lee family for loving on me through my childhood.
My mentor Sawyer Skipper- another aspiring filmmaker who’s taught me a lot about filmmaking and the tips that I know today.
My creative teammates over the years.
