Today we’d like to introduce you to Liane Agbi.
Hi Liane, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my web agency during the pandemic in 2020. I was working professionally for a global beauty brand at the time and truly loved my job. But things had slowed down a bit at work with the uncertainty of the economy given the challenges of Covid-19. During this time, I was getting a lot of inquires online asking if I built websites for small business owners. At that time, I had only done a few projects here and there over the years but decided it wouldn’t hurt to take on some projects to pass the time while we were all stuck inside during the early months of the pandemic.
By the end of that year, I had made enough money inside projects to actually build a business and shortly thereafter Beuatifuli Digital was born. I have now evolved from a one-person freelancer to a small team and am super grateful for the flow of opportunities that have continuously come my way through referrals.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When I first started my web design and development business, I had to learn a lot about running a service-based business efficiently. I knew how to create, design, and code, but I had to learn how to properly communicate with clients, set myself up professionally, and figure out how to pay Uncle Sam! I also struggled a bit in the beginning with the project load; sometimes I would take on too much work or didn’t hold fast to work deadlines which ultimately left me feeling overwhelmed.
After investing in business coaching and courses, I gained a significant amount of knowledge that has helped me improve the structure and operations of my business for the better. Although the pandemic was a challenging time for us all, I am extremely grateful for the gift of time that it granted us to pause, reflect and learn as much as possible in order to propel forwards.

Beautifuli Digital is a boutique web agency that specializes in UX design, web development, and digital strategy for women-led brands. We specialize specifically in re-designing and optimizing existing websites for female business owners that are positioning themselves for growth and scale. What sets us apart is our focus on marrying science in art in order to get results for our clients. We are not just focused on building “pretty” sites; our goal is to help our clients transform their hastily put-together websites into online home that helps them attract more engaged customers and eventually cash over time.

When it comes to amazing website content and strategy is queen! We know that once the website is built the work doesn’t stop there to be successful.
