Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Over the years, I made boards for various gatherings. After practicing building and serving these boards a multitude of times, I had many friends and family suggest that I start it into a business after seeing my boards on my own personal Instagram. After a while, I finally opened up to the idea of starting the charcuterie business; I thought it would be a fun hobby to make this family tradition into a business. It has been three years, our business has grown dramatically, and I am so immensely grateful for the support from countless clients and friends; we have felt ALL of the love and support these past years.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

This business has always been more of a labor of love. I am well known for creating a big table spreads; those are always my favorite to do because I express myself through them the most. What set me apart from others is that when it comes to boards, It’s all about sourcing and what you put on the board; if you’re using the right ingredients, you’re 90% of the way there.”
