Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley James.
Hi Ashley, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started creating content for Amazon; I’m a part of the Associated and Influencer Programs. I started those programs to have some income on the side, and it instantly turned into something I absolutely LOVE doing! I realized that if I’m doing it on Amazon, why not start creating content on TikTok too? It has just been so fun, and I didn’t expect to get offers to connect with different brands from around the world! I feel so lucky!
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a very smooth road, but I definitely have developed thick skin since you’re exposed to so many different kind of people with so many different opinions!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am now doing content and UGC creation full-time, and LOVE IT! I receive all kinds of products, from beauty to outdoor, clothes to pets, you name it! I just have such a passion for finding really neat products and sharing them! I feel so lucky and so blessed to have this opportunity!
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I give all of my credit to my family; they push me to be a better version of myself every day! Sometimes that means putting your life and work on TikTok for everyone to see, and that was a big leap for me! My husband, kids, and mom are my biggest cheerleaders, and I wouldn’t be where I am without them!
