Today we’d like to introduce you to Kacie Kintz. They and their team shared their story with us below:
Kacie has over eighteen years of experience in event, team, and organizational management. She served in a fitness center leadership role for ten years and served over 10,000 members. Kacie organized and led over sixteen overseas missions projects.
In recent years, Kacie has held a senior management position with the Family YMCA of Marion and Polk County in Oregon State. She also provided executive and C-suite support to multiple organizations as a Senior Consultant and Chief Operations Officer. Kacie’s training includes certifications in childhood/youth development, leadership, and C-suite management. She also obtained special certifications, including Cause and Culture, Diversity in the Workplace, and Listen First. Kacie has a depth of experience in coaching, fundraising, grant-writing, securing corporate sponsorships, and establishing key partnerships with city and county officials.
Kacie and her husband, Brent Kintz, are currently Campus Pastors at Church Eleven32 in Allen, TX, while Kacie serves as the Director of Dream Center Dallas.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Life comes with plenty of challenges, however it’s all about perspective and our response. I’ve learned that gratitude in the things that truly matter will always shift the atmosphere.
We have been met with unwavering support from our community and partners at Dream Center Dallas! With each year, we have been able to more than double our impact while operating completely mobile out of our parking lot and continue making strides towards our goal of opening our building in the fall of 2024. We are grateful for the opportunities to overcome any challenges and make a greater impact on those who need it the most.

A busy mom of three and the director of Dream Center Dallas. I specialize in leadership and coaching, particularly in inspiring others to be everything that they are called to be. I am known for my passion for serving others and my ability to motivate and guide individuals in their faith journey. I am most proud of the positive impact I have been able to make in the lives of those around me through Dream Center Dallas and Church Eleven32. What sets me apart from others is my relentless drive to never settle, my unwavering commitment to serving others, and passion to put the love of Jesus on display for people every single day
What do you think about happiness?
What makes me truly happy is serving and loving others. There is nothing more fulfilling than making a positive impact in someone else’s life and seeing hope and joy fill their hearts! I find joy in being able to support and love those around me.
I believe that true happiness can only be found in serving Jesus the creator of true joy that will never run out regardless of your situation.
