Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Tang
Hi Brandon, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Started rug tufting in early 2019 but in the beginning rug tufting was very new so there wasn’t to much information to go off of so trial and error was key. Took it serious for another 2-3 years then in 2023 decided that i wanted to open up my own rug tufting studio because there wasn’t anything like it in the area. The whole idea behind rug ratz was just to give back to the community and being from Fort Worth i wanted to open up just a fun new creative art studio we’re people could come and learn how to make a rug from start to finish. Wanted to give everyone just something new and fun to do since all the fun stuff in DFW has been around for so long we’ve done it all something new is always fun
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No the road has not been smooth far from it. Some struggles were just get out there on social media and building up our brand also the only other rug tufting studio in the area is Houston so constantly trying to find new fun ways to improve the studio

We’re the only rug tufting studio in the DFW area we are most proud of our customer reviews 5 stars all across the board people love our classes. I would say what separates us for the rest of that you need no prior experience coming in we set everything up for you and teach you all your need you know start to finish and you get to leave with your rug day of
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Customer service is our number one priority so we pride ourselves in always making sure the customer is happy and satisfied
