Hi Yulia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For the past 10 years, I’ve called Uptown Dallas home, but my roots are in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia—one of the most diverse and unique regions in the country, where East meets West. It’s a hybrid of Turkic-Muslim and Slavic-Orthodox traditions, where cultural coexistence is a defining trait. Being bilingual and growing up in a blended culture taught me how to connect with people from all backgrounds, religions, and walks of life. That perspective, combined with my decade of living in one of Dallas’s most lively neighborhoods, is at the core of how I serve my clients in real estate today. And maybe that’s why I’ve never quite fit the stereotype of a ‘typical Russian girl.’ Dallas reminds me of home in many ways. The city has grown so much; it’s vibrant, diverse, and constantly evolving. I’ve always felt welcomed by Dallasites. People here are friendly and genuinely curious about where I’m from.
I got my real estate license 10 years ago while earning my bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance at UTD. Even though I’ve always loved math, I quickly realized that the corporate world didn’t align with the lifestyle I envisioned for myself. Real estate felt more like me—working at my own pace, having the flexibility to travel, and setting my own schedule. The idea of selling high-end luxury homes was exciting and inspiring, but the journey has been anything but easy. It’s a long road with a lot of ups and downs.
It wasn’t until about two years ago that I gained real clarity on what I truly wanted to be great at. That’s when I decided to focus exclusively on apartment locating and joined LUX Locators—a brokerage known in Dallas for its luxury apartment consulting services.
My mentor, Kristi Beryhill, the founder of LUX Locators, is a true guru and one of the first in Dallas to establish apartment locating as its own niche within real estate. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also supportive, understanding, and always motivating. She built a brand I’m proud to be part of, that sets us apart from other locators, is that we don’t just find apartments—we match people with a lifestyle. Which I love doing.
I’ve always loved city living—the fast pace, the style, the constant energy. I think a big reason clients trust me is because they see that I truly live the lifestyle I talk about. My personal style isn’t the typical Texan look—it’s more of a blend between European elegance and American comfort. This feminine, stylish, and elevated aesthetic reflects the spirit of Dallas itself: constantly evolving and influenced by people from all over the world.
Living in Uptown, watching it grow, and exploring every corner—I’ve become a true local expert. Whether someone is relocating or simply ready for a change, I love helping them find not just a place, but a lifestyle. I’m a car enthusiast with a love for performance and precision. Sporty, fast cars that turn heads are my thing, and going on Sunday rallies is one of my favorite ways to unwind.
When I share something personal or help someone save money and time, that connection builds trust—and creates the best experience for my clients. Helping people start their next chapter with excitement and comfort makes me genuinely happy. That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do.
