Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Joseph Jones DC, MBA, BSEE.
Hi Dr. Joseph, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Absolutely. My journey has been a blend of structure, service, and strategic creativity.
I began with an engineering degree and spent 12 years working in the engineering field, sharpening my problem-solving skills and learning how to manage complex systems and teams. That experience laid the foundation for everything that came next. Wanting to expand my impact, I earned an MBA and then served in the military—all while pursuing my doctorate in chiropractic care.
While still in chiropractic school, I launched L-evated Chiropractic, hiring a full staff and doctors before I even graduated. Once licensed, I stepped fully into the business, not just as a practitioner but as a strategic owner. That hands-on experience in launching and managing a health business while juggling education and service taught me how to build under pressure and lead with purpose.
This became the heart of Dedicated to Dreams, my consulting company where I help entrepreneurs and professionals launch businesses, secure contracts, streamline operations, and turn their ideas into sustainable, revenue-generating ventures.
One of my most impactful creations through Dedicated to Dreams is BizMingle, an AI-powered platform that helps businesses form intentional partnerships—not just social ones—cutting through distractions and helping companies grow with clarity and alignment.
Now, my focus is on empowering others to dream with direction, execute with purpose, and build with confidence—because success should be strategic, not stressful.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—but I believe the most meaningful journeys rarely are.
Starting a company while still in school was one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever faced. I was juggling coursework, clinicals, military service, and the demands of launching and running a business. I had to hire and manage a team before I even had my license in hand, making high-stakes decisions daily while still trying to finish my degree.
But the biggest hurdles weren’t just logistical—they were personal. There were people, including some I considered friends and even family, who actively tried to discourage me or sabotage what I was building. Whether it was doubt, envy, or just resistance to change, I faced negativity that could’ve easily knocked me off track.
But I didn’t let it.
Every challenge—every person or company that tried to hold me back—only pushed me to go harder. I refused to let other people define my limits. I used every obstacle as fuel to prove that I could build something real, lasting, and impactful.
Those experiences shaped me. They taught me how to stand firm in my vision, how to lead under pressure, and how to rise above the noise to reach my goals. And now, I use that same grit and insight to help others through Dedicated to Dreams, guiding them to launch and grow their own ventures—no matter what stands in their way.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At the heart of what I do is a deep passion for building systems, guiding visionaries, and helping people turn obstacles into opportunities. Through my consulting company, Dedicated to Dreams, I provide hands-on, strategic support for entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners looking to launch, grow, or stabilize their ventures.
I specialize in business development, operational structure, systems implementation, funding strategies, government contract preparation, and AI integration for business growth. Clients come to me not just with ideas—but with the weight of uncertainty. They’re often overwhelmed by how to start, how to scale, or how to break through plateaus. That’s where I step in—not just as a consultant, but as a strategist, builder, and partner in the process.
What makes me different is that I’ve lived this journey in real time. I spent 12 years in engineering, where I learned how to manage high-level systems, workflows, and complex problem-solving under pressure. That background taught me to think logically, adapt quickly, and lead teams through execution-heavy work.
After earning my MBA, I pursued military service, which shaped my leadership style and fortified my discipline. At the same time, I was in chiropractic school—where I launched my first clinic, L-evated Chiropractic, before even graduating. I built it from the ground up, hiring licensed professionals and support staff to operate while I completed my education. By the time I graduated, I had a thriving clinic ready for me to step fully into.
That’s what I bring to my clients: real-world experience backed by strategy, structure, and persistence. I know how to build under pressure, create efficient systems, and grow a brand that thrives even when you’re not in the room. I don’t just talk about success—I help create it with action plans, resources, and support tailored to each client’s unique journey.
One of my proudest professional accomplishments is the creation of BizMingle, an AI-driven platform I developed under Dedicated to Dreams. It’s designed to connect businesses with purpose—eliminating the noise of random networking and helping professionals form intentional partnerships that actually lead to growth. It’s a direct result of my consulting work and my desire to bring smarter, more efficient tools into the business world.
What truly sets me apart is my ability to blend real experience with strategic insight, backed by a deep understanding of operations, technology, and the human side of business. I’ve helped clients launch from scratch, restructure broken systems, and go from surviving to scaling. I meet people where they are—and guide them where they want to be, with clarity, accountability, and an unwavering belief that they can win, no matter the odds.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
Absolutely. If there’s one thing I’d leave with readers, it’s this:
Your vision is valid—even if others don’t see it yet. Whether you’re building a business, shifting careers, or starting over, the process won’t always make sense to those around you. I’ve experienced that firsthand. People will question your pace, your priorities, and even your potential—but none of that defines your outcome.
Every challenge I’ve faced—whether it was starting a company while still in school, pushing through doubt from people close to me, or learning how to navigate business with limited resources—taught me that persistence beats approval every time. The key is to keep going, even when it’s uncomfortable, unclear, or unsupported.
That’s why I created Dedicated to Dreams—to give people a place to be supported, equipped, and reminded that they’re capable of more than they think. Whether it’s consulting, launching a product like BizMingle, or expanding into holistic wellness through L-evated Chiropractic, everything I build is rooted in purpose and growth.
So if you’re reading this and you’ve been sitting on a dream, a plan, or a vision—don’t wait for the perfect moment. Start where you are, with what you have, and keep going. You don’t need permission. You need movement. And if I can help you take that next step, I will.
