Today we’d like to introduce you to Heather Eskridge.
Hi Heather, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
First, I live in Wichita, Kansas but I received an email from your company that I was referred to you.
My husband and I are in full time ministry called For Freedom Equip. We live, teach, and train others to live as disciples of Jesus Christ and walk in freedom.
Areas of focus:
Discipleship- Creating a disciple culture
Counseling- biblically based, caring for the soul, and provide training for those who wish to receive certification in Biblical Counseling
Community- creating community and unity in the body of Christ through opportunities like events, retreats, conferences, meetups etc.
Freedom- helping Christian’s dealing with spiritual conflict walk in freedom based on Galatians 5:1
Natural Health & Wellness- cultivating an environment of treating our bodies as the temple of Christ.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This has been a long road and started with our own issues in marriage that lead to us being discipled and counseled. From there we started a counseling ministry and several years later it lead us to what we do now.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are biblical counselors by profession but that isn’t what we focus on now. We have transitioned into full time ministry where we equip others to help others.
