Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Hammond.
Hi Sarah, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Sure! My journey has definitely been a winding one. I started out with a strong interest in Mental Health and Wellness and a desire to do meaningful work. Over time, I found myself naturally drawn to spiritual wellness, which led me to my interest in Araam.
There were plenty of challenges along the way, but I leaned into them as opportunities to grow. One of the biggest shifts came when I realized the value of intentionality and the mind, body, and soul and that shaped how I approach everything I do now.
Today, I’m focused on helping others find what wellness means to them, and while I’m still evolving, I’ve come a long way from where I started. I’m grateful for the journey, the people I’ve met, and the experiences that got me here.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road, and honestly I felt as if I was at a road block when Araam came in to the picture and I could not be more grateful. I was seeing a lot of rejection and uncertainty when a friend posted about Araam and I responded seeking to find out more. But it just goes to show that what you think is the end of the road may be the beginning of a journey you never envisioned.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My current role is at the intersection of being an anchor for Araam in Dallas, where I help lead community presence and product development.
My role is kind of a mix of grounding the brand locally and helping shape what we create; from idea to final product.
I’m most proud of how we’re building things that actually feel good, not just in a physical sense, but emotionally and spiritually, too.
What sets me apart is probably my mix of creative vision and love for structure. I care a lot about making things beautiful, but also clear, useful, and easy to repeat.
At the end of the day, I just love creating things that help people slow down, feel connected, and take care of themselves.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I’m always open to connecting with people who share a love for intentional living. If you’re into wellness, spirituality, or product design I would love to connect.
You can work with me through Araam, especially if you’re interested in partnering on mindful products, events, or content. I also love hearing from people who have ideas, feedback, or just want to chat about building slow, soul centered things in todays fast world.
The best way to support us right now is honestly just to engage with us on our Instagram; @araamh1; whether that’s trying a product, sharing our work, or sending a thoughtful message. We are always down to collaborate where it feels aligned.
