Community Highlights: Meet Francis Benitez of Vida Nocturna

Today we’d like to introduce you to Francis Benitez.

Hi Francis, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My journey into mobile bartending started about a couple years ago. I’ve been in the restaurant industry overall for 8 years now and as I kept getting into different settings of restaurants I’ve found a passion for standing behind the bar. I quickly fell in love with more than just making drinks, I love the energy, the people, their stories, and the way crafted cocktails can bring everyone together. I realized bartending isn’t just about pouring drinks but about creating an experience as well for the guest whether it was for a birthday, a wedding, a corporate event, or a private gathering. That passion I’ve carried with me for years pushed me to start my own form of bartending service. I wanted to take everything I learned in the industry and make it my own, make it professional and creative. My goal is always the same, to provide a seamless high quality bar experience that my guest can remember long after the drinks are poured. This business im still trying to grow has been built on years of experience, attention to detail, and a genuine love for what I do. Every event is personal to me and im proud to be able to help people celebrate life’s moments one drink at a time.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting my own mobile bartending business hasn’t been a smooth road. Along the way I’ve had to move jobs, move homes, and navigate seasons of uncertainty. I also faced a devastating heartbreak from a relationship that deeply changed my life, including the loss of a pregnancy. Between countless of doctors appointments and the emotional weight that came with it all there was moments where continuing felt incredibly hard mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially, but through every challenge this dream never left me. This business became more than just a goal, it became my motivation to keep going. Building something of my own, something meaningful, reminded me of my strength and my purpose. I chose to keep pushing forward because creating joy for others, celebrating life, and turning moments into memories is what I love most.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
What sets my business apart is the intention behind every event I serve. I’m known for my professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with people effortlessly. I take pride in creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere where guests feel taken care of, not rushed, not overlooked, and never just another face in the crowd. Every drink is crafted with purpose, and every event is treated as if it were my own. Brand wise, I’m most proud of building a business rooted in resilience, women owned, authenticity, and heart. This isn’t just a service, it’s a reflection of who I am and what I value. I believe celebrations should feel personal, seamless, and memorable, no matter the size of the event. I want readers to know that when they book my mobile bartending services, they’re getting more than a bartender. They’re getting someone with years of industry experience who truly cares about their event, their guests, and the moments being created. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, my goal is always the same, to deliver a high quality, stress free bar experience that people talk about long after the night ends. This business represents my passion, my perseverance, and my commitment to serving my community.

What does success mean to you?
Success to me isn’t a final destination. It’s choosing to keep going, learning, and growing even after setbacks. Which is why I’m also in the process of earning my certification in personal training and nutrition coaching. Success isn’t about speed or perfection, but about purpose, perseverance and the impact I have on others along the way.
