Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My story is very grass roots, I always loved music but I also care about great ones who came before me and paved the way to a point of music matters on a level thats different than most! I traveled to New York because that was the birthplace, it matters to me i can perform without vocals, I want to give a memorable experience to the consumer in a very real way!!! So I made myself an asset in many situations and built relationships consistantly that honestly last lifetimes! Those are definitly a reason of me doin things musically today as far being considered for grammys and being able to collaborate with artists i respect and have on my bucket list!!!!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Money……… money, money money! Sadly you can come out and perform a trick that many people would never even attempt in the same field, then constantly have to over prove that what you are doin is phenomanal & rare so people can gravitate to it just to get paid from your craft! Its a true struggle when people who once believed in what you do are completely distracted to a point of not being able to notice greatness anymore!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I respect the craft and I feel that sets me apart completely from most people doing it! So many people have access to create music and dont get me wrong theres nothing wrong with that, but theres a standard to what is good and what is great and there are way too few ears these days focused on the quality of the craft therefore it moved the music culture in a entirely different direction! 250k checks used to be a normal occurance but now they fell for the much smaller frequent bags and complain about it like no one seen this coming!
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I’d say if you love what you are doing make sure you keep your love for it no matter what you see or hear or go through at all! Keep GOD 1st in your life and allow him to direct your path….. it will pay off in the long run
