Today we’d like to introduce you to Rodolfo Medina.
Hi Rodolfo, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business in June of 2010 providing janitorial service for two bowling centers. A couple of years later, we added another 4 bowling centers to the service and 3 years later we were servicing 20 bowling centers in Texas. During this time, we discovered that there was an opportunity to offer other services and the idea of diversifying our services was implemented. We started doing other services like painting, flooring, repairs, etc. for the bowling center company and our business continued to grow. 4 years later the bowling company file bankruptcy and our business took a dent during this time. That created another opportunity and we decided to also diversify our business into other companies. 8 years later we successfully diversify our customer base and also created our slogan of an All-In-One Building Maintenance Solution for our customers. Since then, we have been very successful offering Janitorial, Renovation and Maintenance services for many companies. We have also successfully diversified the type of business we service and currently we provide services for office buildings, restaurants, hotels, apartment complexes, HOA companies and Entertainment Facilities.
Recently we purchased our own office building in the Design District area and have created a culture of service excellence enhanced with top quality results. We proudly employ 250+ team members, and our goal is to continue our growth in years to come.
Thank you!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We have faced many challenges from starting our operations and financial challenges to COVID19 and other company infrastructural obstacles that we had to overcome.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I grew up in my career in the hospitality industry working for hotels and restaurant companies. I believe that the experience and everything I learned in the hospitality industry has proven to be very valuable in what we do today.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My elementary school years are the best memory of my childhood. I grew up in a very small town in Mexico with many limitations that make me appreciate even more what I have today.
