Check Out Bradley Cunningham’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bradley Cunningham.

Bradley, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
After 20 years in the Dallas service/restaurant industry bartending at Chuys, Blue Goose, and Razoos, I concocted my own fresh fruit margarita mix. Combining years of consumer opinions, likes and dislikes of what they would like to see and taste in a Margarita mix and adding some Margarita history flavor for the right amounts of each ingredient. I acquired one industry standard machine from a restaurant owner friend and began my marg machine rental journey. After five years and surviving covid and over 200 rentals later we are now running five machines with a two van fleet with no expectations or limits on how far we wanna go or grow, We are just enjoying the moment and focusing on customer service as our #1 concern and looking to improve ourselves at every turn!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a couple months before Covid struck, we contemplated putting our service on hold. Although my confidence and enthusiasm in my recipe and desire to please and make it available to my fellow party patrons I decided to take a negative Covid effect and turn it to our benefit by marketing our service as a stay home, stay safe, party option we have endured and stayed committed to our goals and came through it with more motivation and dedication than ever now a days to grow our service!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I started in the bar industry over 20 years ago, while working my way through college to acquire a degree in Logistics, Upon graduating college and still bartending on weekends. I endured 70 hour work weeks until a health scare forced me to change my work style and I was left with an inability to bartend as fast as I would need to make a comfortable living for myself. So I was left with a lot of knowledge and no way to express it until the thought of starting up this business became a reality.

What matters most to you? Why?
Customer service has always made an impression on me from a young age, my extended family have always been so kind and endearing to everyone on holidays and times we spent together, that it left an impression on me. Then growing up and working for my mother in her wedding/reception buisness, I learned quickly that success in the customer service industry depends mostly on the relationship you develop with whom you are providing your service to and what relationship doesn’t blossom or become a success when everyone in it is content and satisfied!
