Rising Stars: Meet Bryson Murphy of Dallas Texas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bryson Murphy.

Hi Bryson, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born and raised in the City of Lubbock, Texas, where I developed the mindset, work ethic, and drive that would shape everything I do today. Growing up with small-town values and a big vision, I always believed that not even the sky was the limit, and I was ready to find out.

I started in real estate media alongside one of my best friends, Lewis Baker, with nothing but a vision and a willingness to outwork everyone around me. From there, I built Snappr Media from the ground up, committed to becoming the go-to name for high-quality visuals and unmatched customer service in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Early on, I knew I had to prove myself. I provided services for free to top agents just to show my value. Doing the jobs nobody wanted, taking every opportunity, and building my reputation from the ground up. That consistency paid off, as I quickly gained traction, earning the trust of top-producing agents and establishing myself as a visual storyteller known for capturing the true essence of every property.

Over time, my work began to speak for itself. My photography and videography have been featured in major publications and platforms including Forbes, Candy’s Dirt, D Magazine, D Home, House Hunters on HGTV, and The American Dream TV, setting a high standard in the industry.

The biggest turning point came unexpectedly. One Monday, my big brother Andre Gurode called and asked me to stop by a training session. I had no idea that moment would change everything.

At that session, I met Jeffery Simmons and Tyre Phillips, relationships that quickly turned into brotherhood. Through Andre, Jeff, Tyre, and that circle, I was introduced to a new world, blending sports and media in a way I never imagined.

From there, everything accelerated. I became a key part of Trenches Investments / Trenches Sports Group, stepping into a leadership role as COO and expanding into sports media while continuing to grow my real estate brand.

Alongside my media ventures, I am also one of the proud owners of **How Water**, a premium hyper-pure oxygenated water brand focused on performance, health, and lifestyle. The brand continues to grow and expand, and you can find it at drinkhowwater.com.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the top producers and brands in the industry, including the Ben Wegmann Team, SistaSista Realty, Jessica Koltun, LSW Everhart, Sold By Kait, Elizabeth Bell Group, Karent Ronquillo, Allie Beth, The Graham Group, Laura McGrath, Rogers Healy & Associates, Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Keller Williams, EMRO Homes, Media Pop, Pop House, Janaisa MMA, Lil Flip, Jeffery Simmons, Tyre Phillips, Trent Brown, and many more.

Despite the growth, I’ve stayed grounded in my roots. Family means everything to me, and I value the moments that matter most outside of business. Beyond media, I’m also a musician, using music as a creative outlet and another way to express emotion, energy, and storytelling.

Today, I’m known for bridging two worlds- real estate and sports; delivering high-level content, building brands, and creating opportunities at scale. My mission has always been bigger than just media, it’s about impact, legacy, and inspiring others to chase something greater.

Along the way, I earned the name:

The Snappr

A reflection of the grind, the consistency, and the reputation built from doing whatever it took to get here.

Nothing is possible without God, my wife, and my children. I’m just a kid from Parkway with a vision.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any real journey, mine didn’t come without setbacks. One of the biggest challenges I faced was losing all of my equipment, having it stolen and being forced to start completely over from scratch. That moment tested everything: my commitment, my mindset, and how bad I really wanted it.

On top of that, the industry itself is highly competitive. Pricing pressure is constant, and there will always be new talent entering the market willing to underbid just to get started. Early on, that can make you question your value, but I learned that competing on price alone is not sustainable.

Instead, I focused on what truly separates me: quality, consistency, and customer experience. I had to trust that the right clients would recognize that, and more importantly, continue to trust me and be loyal to my brand because of it.

Through every challenge, I kept the faith. I understood that while competition will always exist, not everyone can deliver the same level of product, professionalism, and personal connection. That belief, and the ability to keep going when things got tough, is what turned those struggles into stepping stones.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’ve always been connected to art, from music to visual expression, growing up learning photography, sculpture, and design at the Buddy Holly Fine Arts Gallery. That foundation shaped how I see and create. Understanding that frequencies create emotion, in both sound and visuals- gives me an edge. That’s where we win: creating a feeling through every photo and video.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is creating and building, turning vision into reality and helping others win through my work. Growth drives me, but my true happiness comes from my family, my purpose, and the impact I’m able to make.
