Hi Dr. Simeon, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After graduating college I became a Research Chemist at the CDC in Atlanta, GA. I was not fulfilled with my position and decided to pivot into dentistry. This became my career of choice because it would allow me to create Smiles and have positive direct patient care. I became focused on achieving my goal and completed dental school and residency . Now I am a practice owner dentist here in Dallas, TX
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been an easy road. Initially the dental school curriculum was fast-paced and it was adjustment. As I adapted to the new demands of dental school I settled in well. I became my class president and earning deans list honors

Floss Dallas is a boutique dental practice dedicated to providing the best patient experience. Our dental practice focuses on keeping the patient first and creating custom dental treatment plans. My scope of practice is dental implants, dental extractions, and sedation. We are known for minimizing patient anxiety and providing high end esthetic dentistry. I am most proud of our brand maintaining high ethical and patient demanded dentistry.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Risk taking is imperative not only in dentistry. However I believe it is impactful in all businesses. Starting a de novo (brand new ),dental office was indeed a risk. However if I had to do it again I would. I would consider myself a moderate risk taker .
