Hi Ishan, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
You wake up one day and see everyone on the internet same as your age or even younger are building empires and printing money like there’s no tomorrow. You can not sleep anymore. This is exactly where I started my journey. I took the hard path of building a business instead of just making fast money with trading. I worked 16hrs a day and built my agency where now I have clients from most of the states. I help people get recognition and gain leads so that at the end of the day I can justify my earnings to God. The position of my agency I,as well as my exceptionary team,has brought upon the smma sphere is supercalifragilisticexpealidocious.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The path I am on,the path to,not success,but excellence is never easy to begin with. You are challenged at every step of the way. And it’s necessary honestly so that you’ll become a legend one day. God tests you and without these tests nothing has meaning. When you own a marketing agency like I do,you continuously face lack of clients,lack of reach and constant issue with developing your content and structure of UGC because every client is different,their content is different. To overcome this you always have to be on top of your game which is I quite effectively have practiced, albeit have gone through trials of fire to achieve it.

In the wide sea of marketing agencies,I own one of them. I specialize in simple social media marketing for real estate agents particularly because frankly that’s where people struggle the most to be noticed. I take pride in curating my client’s content and amplifying it without changing the core structure so that their targetted audience do not feel overwhelmed nor do they dismiss the agent. This sets me apart. The fact that I talk to my clients for days before taking action,the fact that I keep their core structure intact so they can be at ease and be unique sets me apart than others who completely implement a new structure without taking in what their clients have to say. I am lucky to say my clients not just trust my process,they know what I am doing every step of the way and they are happy with that.

Dallas moves. There’s a certain pace to it that rewards people who show up and do the work. The economy is strong, opportunities are everywhere, and you can feel that people are building something here. It’s also one of the few places where real estate still feels like it has range — you’ve got everything from entry-level homes to high-end properties, which makes it a great market for both buyers and professionals.
Let’s be honest — the sprawl is real.And because the city is growing so fast, some areas feel a bit transactional. It’s easy to get caught in the rush without always feeling that deeper sense of community unless you intentionally build it.
