Hi Mariana, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I arrived in Texas over 25 years ago from Argentina, driven by a passion for healthcare. I began as a phlebotomist, became a surgical tech, and advanced to RN with my BSN. I earned my CNOR and spent years in hospitals. In 2021, I trained and worked in med spas, gaining aesthetic expertise. By 2023, I launched my own med spa, merging my medical background with beauty and wellness.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A obstacle was the cost of becoming an RN, BSN. I had to work two jobs while studying and raising my young child, all while improving my English and pushing myself to earn each certification.

We specialize in injectables, from GLP-1 weight loss management to Neurotoxins and lip fillers and personalized results. We offer Endolift and Morpheus8 for skin tightening, along with IV vitamin drips for overall wellness. Peelings, PRP, PRF, Mesotherapy
Any big plans?
In the near future, I aim to expand our laser services (tattoo removal) and enhance the treatments we offer. In the mid to long term, my focus is on growing the brand’s recognition, making MV Aesthetics more widely known. Eventually, the goal is to expand our services to other locations, bringing our trusted care and results
