Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefanie Long.
Hi Stefanie , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started Concept Pelvic Health after years in traditional physical therapy. After seeing everything that was wrong with “the system”, I decided to step out on my own in 2021 and create the clinic that my patients deserve. I started in a one room clinic and all by myself, but quickly grew as people learned how different healthcare could be. The next year, we expanded our clinic to 3 physical therapists and other staff to help serve our community. Currently as we look to the future, we are beginning to look for new locations and communities to serve.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The path was relatively smooth because patients are eager for something different. However, my personal journey has been one of, sometimes painful, growth. Its been a journey to learn who I am as a leader and employer, navigating different personalities in the workplace, while fostering a culture that benefits the community we serve.

Concept Pelvic Health is a physical therapy clinic that specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy for women and children. We help women with leaking issues when they laugh, cough, sneeze, jump or run, going to the bathroom a million times per day, pregnancy/postpartum issues, low back or hip pain, heaviness or pelvic pain. These issues extend to women of all ages, but we also help with bedwetting or potty training issues in the youngest among us. We pride ourselves in being a different kind of care, elevated, private, and caring. Too many women have gone through life feeling unheard and pushed from provider to provider without truly getting answers. We promise we won’t rest until we have solutions till your problems.
