Today we’d like to introduce you to Corey Bester.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
It started with my pops, I use to go to the gym with him as a kid. As I got older we worked out together, and he would break down all the workouts to my understanding. Now currently due to the pandemic, and being fired from my job it pushed me into training full time, because I had already been doing it on the side. My motivation behind all of it was my son being born, and also just losing my family members due to health issues.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not. Once I got my certification in personal training, I started off booming! I had one client leave due to work relocation, and it was like she took everyone with her! So i had to start back over from the ground up! Gained clientele back, and it took off from there! You’ll just have your ups and downs when it comes to training especially around holidays, and the cold season things can slow.

I’m a personal trainer and gym owner who specializes in overall fitness, health, and helping people build sustainable lifestyles. I’m most proud of the community and support system I’ve built, along with the fact that I’ve never quit on my goals or the people I work with. What sets me apart is my passion for what I do I genuinely love helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.
What makes you happy?
My family! They never gave up on me through all of my endeavors, and it’s been nothing but understanding and love! I’m grateful for that!
