Meet Danny Mehta of The Game Show Experience

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danny Mehta.

Hi Danny, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been someone who likes building businesses from the ground up. My journey has been shaped by entrepreneurship, real estate, community involvement, and a constant desire to create something meaningful for the place I call home. I’m proud to be based in Frisco, and over the years I’ve been fortunate to work on projects that bring people together and add value to the community.

Along the way, I’ve also been grateful to serve on the Board of Directors for the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and Visit Frisco, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for the people and businesses that make this city special. I’ve always believed in staying involved and giving back however I can, whether that’s through leadership, volunteering, or simply showing up where help is needed.

The Game Show Experience came out of that mindset. I wanted to create something fun, interactive, and memorable — something that gives people a chance to connect in a way that feels different from the usual dinner or night out. For me, it’s always been about more than just business. It’s about creating experiences people actually remember and want to share with others.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I think that’s part of the journey. Like most entrepreneurs, I’ve had plenty of moments that tested my patience and focus. Building something new always comes with uncertainty, and there were times when I had to make decisions without having all the answers.

Some of the biggest challenges were the ones that came with turning an idea into a real operating business — from planning and logistics to staffing, marketing, and making sure the guest experience lived up to the vision. But those struggles taught me a lot. They made me better, and they made the wins even more rewarding.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about The Game Show Experience?
The Game Show Experience is a live, interactive game show venue in Frisco, TX where guests get to step into their own private game show with a real host. We created it to be fun, energetic, and highly interactive, with experiences that work for families, friends, coworkers, birthdays, date nights, and corporate groups.

What I think sets us apart is that it’s not just an activity — it’s a private experience built around connection and laughter. Guests aren’t just watching something happen; they’re part of the show! We’ve designed it to feel memorable and easy to enjoy for a wide range of groups, and that flexibility has been a big part of what makes it special.

What I’m most proud of from a brand standpoint is that it feels original and authentic to Frisco. We built something that reflects our community and gives people a reason to come together and have fun. Our goal is always to give every guest an experience they’ll talk about long after they leave.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I think the entertainment industry is moving more toward immersive, social, and experience-driven concepts. People want more than passive entertainment now — they want to participate, interact, and make memories. That’s especially true for group outings, celebrations, and corporate events.

Over the next several years, we’ll continue to see growth in private experiences, customizable entertainment, and concepts that blend fun with connection. Technology will probably play a bigger role too, but I think the businesses that win long term will still be the ones that make people feel something real. At the end of the day, people remember how an experience made them feel.
