Meet Brandon Harris of Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Harris.

Hi Brandon, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I began with a smaller-scale version of what I do today, driven by a genuine passion for niche interests and a desire to connect with like-minded individuals. In the early stages, my process was rooted in trial and error, supported by continuous research and learning. Over time, collaborating with other creatives and local organizations played a significant role in shaping my direction and refining my work. Throughout this journey, I remained committed to overcoming challenges, consistently approaching obstacles with determination and a belief in my ability to find solutions.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth journey by any means, but it has been an incredibly rewarding one. Along the way, I’ve faced a number of challenges, with one of the most significant being my own personal development. There were many moments when I felt uncomfortable and outside of my usual sense of familiarity. However, those experiences ultimately pushed me to grow. The process involved a steep learning curve and required me to adapt quickly, a skill I was able to develop and apply effectively over time.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an event host and Multimedia specialist, best known for my interviews and content creation as a cosplayer. I bring strong expertise in editing, marketing strategy, and social media management.
What I value most, however, is the interview work itself and the opportunity it has given me to connect with a wide range of people and places. Each conversation reveals unique stories—many rooted in shared interests, while others open the door to entirely new perspectives.
I feel fortunate to serve as a bridge that fosters connection, helping to share positivity and strengthen community. Building relationships, expanding my network, and engaging with inspiring individuals is more than just part of my work—it’s something I genuinely care about and find deeply fulfilling.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What I appreciate most about Dallas is the constant sense of activity—there’s always something to do or explore. The city offers a wide variety of experiences, many of which are accessible without requiring a significant budget, making it easy to enjoy a full day out. It’s no surprise that this appeal draws so many people to the area.
That said, one of the challenges that has come with its growth is the increasing population and congestion. Over time, the city has become significantly more crowded, which can sometimes make it feel less accessible and more fast-paced than it once was
