Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Life is full of challenges. I choose to meet the challenge head on and see my way through it. There have been many ups and downs along the way. But, I choose to focus on the positive. GOD has called me to serve. No matter what experience comes, there is a lesson to be learned. The mess becomes a message of hope. The test becomes the testimony of perseverance. Every challenge brings a chance be a blessing to someone else.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I believe my podcast is what prompted you all to reach out to me. The podcast was birthed from a conversation with my original co-host, MD. We would share these wonderful conversations in which we would both walk away with a new perspective and new ferver for life. We would challenge and inspire each other to be better. He dared me to take these conversations forward. He had no idea that I had already taken a class on podcasting and monetizing your podcast a year or 2 prior to this conversation. The podcast had been on my mind. I took the challenge.

The focus was to have conversations that are important to our community that people do not normally discuss. We would have life changing conversations and so The CONVO began. I will admit I jumped in head first. We planned an entire year of episodes. Invited guests. Established our relationship with Fish Bowl Radio Network. Set up our social media pages and THE CONVO has been going since January 2024.

The CONVO is know for life changing conversations. We continue to tackle those subjects people tend to stray from. We provide useful and applicable tools for every day life. I am proud that we make a difference. We change lives one conversation at a time.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
I am always a phone call, text or email away. We can be reached on Facebook or YouTube via “The Convo with Nik & Pat.” We can be reached through email at [email protected] or via phone at 214.533.5307.

I look forward to meeting and working with people. We love to collaborate to bring new perspectives to our community.
