Today we’d like to introduce you to Tanner Craven.
Hi Tanner, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My wife and I started souls for souls in two 2020. At the time we were both in education and coaching athletics. We recognized the need for some kids to be able to actively participate in physical education , recess, and just experience a overall active life. The organization started then, but a seed was planted by God some years before. After presenting the idea to our pastor he encouraged us to move forward with our calling to help others. With divine connections we have partnered with churches, community leaders, and businesses to help teach under privileged kids in the North Texas area. Through shoe drives and donations we are able to connect with schools to identify students in need.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a non-profit fund raising is always something that can vary from season to season. Occasionally demand may out weigh the resources and we are not able to serve as timely as we would like. Since our inception God has always showed up on time.

We serve directly to our community here in the North Texas area. We provide new athletic shoes to school age kids attending title 1 schools. We are so proud to support our students and work with the school districts in our area. We belive our role empowers kids with confidence that they can achieve all the plans God has laid our before them no matter what their current circumstances are.
