Rising Stars: Meet Kenyon Glover of Dallas-Fort Worth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenyon Glover.

Hi Kenyon, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My story is quite simple. Hard work and determination got me to where I am today. I have always been obsessed with becoming great and I can’t settle for anything less than my absolute best.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. I have endured many hardships, many obstacles and opposition. I’ve had to deal with loneliness, depression, suicidal thoughts and isolation. I’m sure many people deal with that today, but my parents instilled a very strong mind in me. I refuse to stay down. I refuse to sit in defeat. I refuse to be beaten down by life and I refuse to quit and give up.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Global Impactor striving to truly make a difference in a world that seems to only be concerned about themselves. I am a Minister and Motivational Speaker traveling across the world speaking to the hearts and minds of our youth and giving them hope, inspiring them, encouraging them and Motivating them to turn their pain into purpose.

I am proud to be able to transform the lives of people that I encounter and speak too on a daily. I am proud to be able to lead people to Christ. I am proud to be used by God to carry out the mission that he has given me to carry out. I am His Ambassador and Soldier here on this earth.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see my industry continuing to spiral downhill because the church is more concerned about catering to the culture and adapting to the ways of the world rather than sticking to ways and concepts of the word of God.

There are fewer and fewer preachers and speakers really sticking to Biblical truth every day. But I will also stay with speaking about Truth than ever succumbing to the pressure of becoming secular in my ways, words and thoughts. I am God’s Soldier and I don’t care about being hated for speaking Truth because Jesus said in John 15:18, “If the world hates you, just remember it hated me first.”
