Hi Joshua, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My story is defined by the intersection of passion and opportunity—a journey of navigating a sequence of doors that, in retrospect, feels almost preordained. Since March 2014, the foundation has been an unrelenting daily commitment, showing up without “off days” to foster a culture of constant refinement.
By maintaining a highly analytical and perspicacious mindset, I have focused on identifying and solving the company’s primary “pain points.” This approach involves continuously evolving our systems and sharpening our intuition to ensure that every strategic move increases the ultimate value delivered to the customer.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has never been a smooth road. The greatest challenge was developing the emotional and professional resilience to accept that reality. The entrepreneurial path is inherently uneven, filled with obstacles and unforeseen setbacks. The ultimate test wasn’t just facing those struggles, but realizing they only have the power to derail you if you choose to give up.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We operate an advanced health and wellness center centered on cryotherapy, delivering simple, sustainable solutions for pain management, weight optimization, and anti-aging.
What I am most proud of is our decade-long legacy of impact. Hearing clients share how we have transformed their lives—consistently exceeding their highest expectations—is incredibly rewarding.
What truly sets us apart is the fusion of deep clinical knowledge and raw passion, underpinned by a culture where we genuinely treat every client like family.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Most people see me purely as the founder, but my entry into cryotherapy was born out of personal necessity. I initially discovered the modality as a consumer searching for health and wellness solutions.
Witnessing the profound, firsthand benefits on my own body triggered an immediate shift. Guided by my existing passion for optimal health, I recognized the immense market potential.
It suddenly felt entirely preordained that I transition from a dedicated customer to the founder of Cryo Nation.
