Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Evans.
Hi Tiffany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m Tiffany Evans, founder of Harmony Leadership Academy and 7th Harmony Place. My journey started from a very real place of healing, rebuilding, and searching for deeper purpose beyond survival mode, heartbreak, limitations, and life’s transitions. Over the years, I realized that true transformation is not just spiritual — it’s emotional, mental, financial, and personal as well.
What began as helping people through healing and spiritual guidance evolved into something much larger: educating and empowering people to step into leadership, purpose, emotional intelligence, healthy relationships, financial alignment, and personal growth. I’ve spent years building communities, teaching online, hosting transformational classes, and creating spaces where people can heal while also becoming stronger versions of themselves.
Today, my work focuses on helping people bridge spirituality with real life. I teach about identity, self-worth, feminine leadership, healing, wealth consciousness, emotional healing, and becoming aligned with the life they truly desire. Through my academy, events, classes, and content platforms, I’ve been able to reach thousands of people who are looking for both transformation and practical wisdom.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that growth is not about becoming someone else — it’s about becoming more honest, healed, disciplined, and aligned with who you truly are. My mission now is to continue building impactful spaces, conversations, and experiences that help people evolve into their highest potential while living with purpose, peace, confidence, and authenticity.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs and leaders, my journey has come with a lot of personal growth, sacrifice, rebuilding, and learning through experience. One of the biggest challenges was learning how to heal while still leading, creating, and showing up for other people. There were seasons where I had to overcome emotional burnout, self-doubt, financial pressure, and the fear of starting over or evolving publicly.
Another challenge was balancing authenticity with visibility. In today’s world, especially online, there can be pressure to constantly perform or fit into trends. I had to learn how to remain true to myself, my voice, and my purpose while still building a brand and business that could grow and impact others.
As a leader and educator, I’ve also had to learn boundaries, discipline, structure, and how to transition from doing everything alone into building systems, community, and long-term vision. Entrepreneurship teaches you very quickly that passion alone is not enough — you need consistency, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the willingness to evolve.
I think one of the most powerful lessons from my challenges is understanding that obstacles are often what shape your wisdom and your leadership. The difficult seasons taught me how to become stronger, more intentional, more grounded, and more compassionate toward others who are navigating their own transformation journey.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
7th Harmony Place is a personal growth, spiritual education, and leadership brand focused on helping people heal, evolve, and step into the highest version of themselves emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and financially. Through education, coaching, transformational programs, live events, and digital content, our mission is to bridge spirituality with real-life growth and empowerment.
What sets 7th Harmony Place apart is our approach to transformation. We focus not only on inspiration, but also on practical inner work, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, leadership development, confidence building, relationship healing, wealth mindset, and personal alignment. Our goal is to help people create real change in their lives from the inside out.
Over the years, the brand has grown into a community and educational platform where individuals can learn about healing, purpose, spiritual growth, identity, feminine leadership, and personal development in a grounded and relatable way. Through Harmony Leadership Academy, online classes, live teachings, mentorship, and transformational events, we’ve created spaces for people to reconnect with themselves and gain the tools needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.
One thing I’m especially proud of is building a brand that allows people to feel seen, empowered, and encouraged during major transitions in their lives. Many people come to 7th Harmony Place seeking healing or guidance, but they leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, stronger confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
As the brand continues to grow, my vision is to expand more into education, leadership development, media, speaking, and creating impactful experiences that inspire people to heal, grow, and fully step into their potential.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I define success as alignment — being able to live a life that is authentic, purposeful, peaceful, and impactful. For me, success is not only about financial achievement or recognition, although those things can be part of it. True success is becoming the highest version of yourself while creating a meaningful life that reflects your values, growth, and purpose.
Success also means freedom — freedom to evolve, freedom to create, freedom to help others, and freedom to live intentionally rather than simply surviving. It’s about having peace of mind, emotional stability, healthy relationships, personal fulfillment, and the ability to positively impact the lives of other people through your work and presence.
As an entrepreneur and leader, I’ve learned that success is deeply connected to consistency, discipline, resilience, and self-awareness. There are many external milestones people can chase, but if you are not emotionally grounded or aligned within yourself, those accomplishments can still feel empty.
I believe success is ultimately about growth — continuing to evolve, heal, learn, and become better while inspiring others to do the same. If my work can help people feel more empowered, confident, purposeful, and hopeful about their lives, then I consider that a true measure of success.
