Exploring Life & Business with Labeaud Colbert of Panoramic Solutions Management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Labeaud Colbert.

Hi Labeaud, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My path has been rooted in entrepreneurship and working with organizations to improve how they operate, communicate, and make decisions. Over time, I became less focused on isolated fixes and more interested in the systems instead. I started off in marketing but very quickly moved into tech solutions. That perspective eventually led me to build Panoramic Solutions Management, or PSM. As AI started accelerating across industries, I saw a clear gap. Most organizations were either adopting it without structure or avoiding it altogether. PSM evolved to focus on AI training and governance in Texas, especially for government to ensure government employees understand it and apply it responsibly.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all. It’s been a lot of learning through real-world pressure and constant adjustments. Over the past seven years I had endured several business and personal challenges but through it I learned a lot about business and myself. I became so knowledgeable, I eventually leaned into futurism. One of my most recent annoyances has been bringing awareness in a space that is still forming in real time. That meant a lot of early conversations were about educating the public about problems they couldn’t yet see and solutions they didn’t feel were yet necessary. You’re often explaining the solutions before everyone else even gets to the problem. Another challenge has been arising. When you’re working at the intersection of training, technology, and policy, it can be difficult to fit into a single category. Early on, that made it harder for people to immediately understand the value or urgency of what we were offering. There’s also the reality of building while the rules are still evolving. Imagine knowing how valuable and profitable your services are but not having prospects for months on end because the public hasn’t caught up yet? It felt awkward trying to explain to my advisors why things were moving so slow for so long.

We’ve been impressed with Panoramic Solutions Management, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Panoramic Solutions Management, or PSM, is an AI training and organizational development company focused on helping institutions adopt AI in a responsible, practical, and structured way. We specialize in AI awareness, governance, and workforce training, particularly for government agencies, education systems, and workforce development environments. The core of what we do is help organizations understand what AI is, how it fits into their operations, and how to use it without creating unnecessary risk or confusion. What sets PSM apart is we focus on something more foundational: how organizations think about AI, how policies align with usage, and how people are trained to work with it confidently and ethically.

What I am most proud of is that PSM delivers AI awareness and governance training, role-based workforce upskilling, and custom curriculum development designed for government agencies, education systems, and enterprise teams. We also provide AI policy and compliance guidance, implementation support, and ongoing advisory services that help organizations safely integrate AI into daily operations while aligning with emerging regulatory and workforce standards.

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
I’m an avid reader. I’m always recommending “Tools of Titans” by Tim Ferris, “The Ego Is The Enemy” and “The Obstacle Is The Way” by Ryan Holiday. My own podcast “Labeaud’s Life Lessons”, streaming everywhere has been rated in the top 10 percentile of podcasts globally for being the most listened to podcast. I actually listen to myself every once in a while to remind myself of old lessons I’ve learned.
