Hi Tracy , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my journey in entrepreneurship in 2011-12 when I joined my first network marketing company called Kyani. I was working at IHOP at the time, serving tips, and I came across an opportunity to make some extra cash and build a business. After a few sit-downs with leaders, I had saved up $300 to start my own, and the rest has pretty much been history from there.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road by far. Entrepreneurship will chew you up and spit you out if you’re not focused and organized. My biggest struggle along the way has been finding the balance to build your business and brand at the same time. Having the right systems and key team players plays a major role in the strength, growth, and success of your business. Pay the price now so you won’t have to later.
