Today we’d like to introduce you to BLANCA CONTRERAS.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I actually started in the mortgage company industry. From interview to be a receptionist for a mortgage company to working with mortgage auditing department, to secondary marketing auditor, investor relations and now my purpose, REALTOR!
I worked specifically with first-time homebuyer programs and have over 12 years experience on the mortgage and homebuyer incentives side of things. I’ve helped many individuals and families for over 6 years now, buying, selling, and investing. Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Oh, yes, many – too many to list actually! I definitely have experienced many curve balls and obstacles along the way. This has taught me so much, along with continuing education of course. Constantly building experience to better help my clients reach their goals. This is extra special when I work with those who believe homeownership isn’t attainable.
No matter the obstacle or struggle, where there’s a will I’ll find a way!
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Blanca Contreras Real Estate ?
I’m in the business of service and helping build generational wealth. Many do not see the point of real estate or ever owning something of their own – they feel it’s a waste. That’s where I come in. With all of my almost 20 years of experience, I’ve built a platform for my clients to educate them, guide them, and build relationships with them. This isn’t a job to me, it’s purpose and the willingness to help others.
I’m most proud of my relationships I’ve built. I still communicate with my clients and ex co workers I met all those years ago.
Relationships, that’s what sets me apart.
What are your plans for the future?
Continuing to build my own portfolio. I’m putting my money where my mouth is! Homeownership isn’t just something I promote, I am a homeowner myself.
So, for mine and my client’s future, I’ll be emphasizing more what I’ve learned as a homeowner myself. I’ll continue searching for the best incentives and business partners to ensure the best experience, and there is more, but that will remain a mystery for now. More to come, stay tuned!
