Hi Kemi, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My story started 17 years ago, before I even knew it. I wanted to be a Pediatric nurse and somehow my nursing journey started with me working at Lew Steritt and eventually Parkland ER. Call me an adrenaline junkie lol! I’ve seen more that many nurses may even get to experience and from that it’s truly opened my eyes. There is such a gap between preventative healthcare and the hospital system. The pandemic opened up my eyes more to that and hence Vibe Infusionz was born. The goal wasn’t just to start a mobile IV hydration company; it was to build a premium, high-energy wellness brand that bridged the gap between the hospital and a modern lifestyle. I want to create an experience for my clients that feels intentional, accessible, and completely transformed how people view self-care. I love connecting with people and it shows!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Oh hunny if it can happen, it’s going to always happen to me! Lol! One thing about me is I’m very driven. The journey to “Vibe Infusionz” is such a loooooong story, but I originally had a partnership with another nurse. I truly believe things happen in life and you have a duty to grow/learn from it. We’re still here because I didn’t give up… that’s the Aries in me😘
