Today we’d like to introduce you to Kieundra Mayberry.
Hi Kieundra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Me being a young mom life seems as though it was passing me by. I had my children at a young age it was smooth with one. Oh, but four children i only had enough money for bills, bills, bills, and oh Bills. Fun was out of the question no going out to eat, no arcades, couldn’t afford B-Day PARTIES, movies….ect. I started bringing it all to me I started having movie studio grill nights at home, game night, Carnival night any fun i can create. I noticed it brought so many memories that made me and my girls feel alive.
My first thought was I can’t be the only parent going through this then Boom H.O.O.D HELPED OUT OF DARKNESS how can i help another family who may can pay bills but not afford FUN! What can I do to help not only myself but families that may be going through the same situation. Im still going through i’ve lost so much trying to build a meaningful foundation. I’ve haven’t giving up I create “A TOUCH OF ROYALTY ” AS a fund raising idea. It hasn’t taken off in the way i need it to but ONE DAY MY FAMILY BONDING WOULD BE AN HOOD BONDING.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve lost home, cars, and jobs most days i dont know whether im coming or going
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I create center pieces, gift baskets, wine glasses, light up cups ect. I believe the best question is what i dont do. Basically using my God giving gift to create gifts. I specialize in gift giving cause in this world we live in we need atleast something to bring a moment of happiness and to remember why life is worth living. Im most proud of me even with the pain and lost feelings. I have unconditional love and want to see everyone succeed no matter what walk of life im in
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Me being optimistic even in the worst moments I know there’s a door of opportunity somewhere I just have to figure it out!
