Inspiring Conversations with Jenna Bichler of Novi society

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna Bichler.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?

NOVI Society was born out of a problem we kept seeing over and over again. Talented nurses wanted to offer aesthetic and wellness treatments, but they were overwhelmed by the legal, compliance, and medical oversight requirements that vary from state to state. We realized there wasn’t a single solution that combined education, medical director coverage, compliance, technology, and ongoing business support in one place. So we built NOVI Society to simplify that process. Our mission is to help licensed providers launch, grow, and operate compliant practices with the confidence that they have the right clinical, legal, and operational support behind them.

Or, if you want it to sound a little more personal:

NOVI Society started because we saw an opportunity to solve a major gap in the industry. Every day, we met incredible nurses who wanted to build careers in aesthetics and wellness but had no clear path to do it legally and confidently. Rather than offering just training or just medical oversight, we created an all-in-one platform that gives providers the education, compliance, medical director support, technology, and resources they need to build sustainable practices. What started as a solution to a common problem has grown into a nationwide network focused on helping providers succeed while putting patient safety and compliance first.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not. Like most startups, the road has been full of challenges. We were building something that hadn’t really been done before—bringing education, medical director coverage, compliance, technology, and business support together into one platform while navigating healthcare regulations that differ in every state.

One of our biggest challenges has been building the infrastructure behind the scenes. Creating systems that are legally sound, scalable, and simple for providers to use has required an incredible amount of work and collaboration with attorneys, physicians, compliance experts, and developers. As with any growing company, we’ve also had to adapt quickly, refine our processes, and learn from early obstacles.

That said, every challenge has strengthened the company. We’ve never lost sight of our mission: making it easier for licensed healthcare providers to practice safely, compliantly, and with the support they deserve. Those early struggles have shaped NOVI into a stronger, more resilient organization that’s built for long-term growth.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
NOVI Society is a national platform built to support licensed healthcare providers in aesthetics and wellness. We combine hands-on education, medical director coverage, compliance, technology, telehealth, and ongoing business resources into one integrated solution, allowing providers to focus on patient care while we help simplify the operational and regulatory side of their practice.

What makes NOVI different is that our relationship with providers doesn’t end after training. We continue to support them as they grow, offering state-specific compliance guidance, access to experienced medical directors, an integrated EMR and inventory management system, mentorship, wholesale purchasing opportunities, and a professional network designed to help them succeed long-term.

Our mission is to raise the standard of patient safety and provider success by making high-quality education and compliant practice ownership more accessible. We believe talented healthcare professionals should be empowered to build thriving businesses without having to navigate complex regulations alone, and we’re committed to being their long-term partner every step of the way.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up, I was outgoing, energetic, and always enjoyed being around people. I loved spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, camping at the lake, and making the most of every experience. I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a natural drive to achieve my goals.

Even at a young age, I was independent and determined. If I wanted something, I was willing to work for it and figure out how to make it happen. I’ve always enjoyed solving problems, taking on new challenges, and finding ways to improve things. Looking back, those same qualities are what eventually led me to entrepreneurship and building NOVI Society.

I’ve always believed that success comes from persistence, continuous learning, and surrounding yourself with great people. Those values have stayed with me throughout every stage of my life and career.
