Today we’d like to introduce you to Ariel Sutton.
Ariel, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
To be honest, the story is still writing itself. I’ve always been a creative being, but I’ve always had trouble choosing which direction to take until one day, I asked: “why can’t I do it all?” So I had to think of something to encompass all of my creative avenues, hence The Ariel Z. Creative was born.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Absolutely not. I’ve doubted myself more than I’ve trusted, but it’s always been the times when I wanted to give up or just start over that God would give me a nudge to keep going.
I’ve asked myself, who would want to listen? Who would want to read it? Who would want to see it? Until I finally made a decision to start putting it out there. Fear of failure keeps you from doing anything because you will never try, but fear of success might be worse because the pressure of maintaining is at the forefront. So “what if I don’t feel like it?” “What if I don’t want to?” None of that matters because if it’s your passion and your path, you find a way to make it work.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about The Ariel Z. Creative – what should we know?
The Ariel Z. Creative is more of a brand than a company, and it’s basically a compilation of creative avenues. I am a writer, a radio personality on I Am Royalty Radio, a vocalist, soon to be an author, aspiring model, and I have a few other secret weapons up my sleeve. The ultimate goal is to get to a point where “The Ariel Z. Creative Presents:”, and it could be a showcase, a collaborative event, anything.. but a safe creative community, starting with me!
