So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have a cosmetology license, as well as a 2-year associate degree in fashion merchandising. I’ve apprenticed with an international platform artist, launched a salon and day spa from the ground up, worked for several major hair care manufacturers educating other hairdressers, and lab-tested thousands of products for the largest beauty supplier in the world. My hairstyles and beauty advice have been published in magazines and on various social media platforms, and the media still rely on me as a beauty expert and influencer. Today at Hair by Sandi, I focus on helping women and men look their best and feel 100% confident. I specialize creating a customized cut, color and personal image that takes my client’s wants, needs, face shape, hair type, lifestyle, image and budget into account. My signature anti-aging cut and color can take 10 years off anyone’s look.
Has it been a smooth road?
It takes years of dedication, learning and effort to become a true beauty expert. Because I love helping others look their very best, it was not a struggle for me to put in the time, financial investment in training and daily dedication to researching trends that it took to become a true beauty expert. Every day, going to work doesn’t feel like work to me at all—it’s my honor. I love the fact that I earn others’ trust and can help them achieve their personal image goals.

In addition to what I’ve mentioned previously (hair color, cut and anti-aging specialties), I am most proud of being able to gain clients’ trust and help anyone look his or her personal best.
