Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Williams.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Paige. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Growing up with a drug addicted mother gave me motivated me to do better with my life. As a teen I use to dress up and put on my grandmother’s Avon makeup she was selling. After high school I begin working as I can to support my 2 kids I had at 15 and 19 .I love the elderly but I wasn’t feeding my dream. In my late 20’s I started doing makeup for money and landed my first makeup job Foleys in Houston doing makeup. Fell in love with skin like never before. About 3 years later I went to school to become an Esthetician and everything fell into place. I sleep and breathe skin! Transforming someone’s skin is amazing to me. I moved to Dallas in 2012/13 and I had a cousin who was already doing hair and very successful .She had a good client base I could feed off of. We decided to merge our talents and that’s how LeighPaige Beauty was born.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I had to definitely pull myself up plenty of times financially but I’m in it for life. I had to balance life and keep a side job to make sure things are smooth. I am still moving towards my dreams today.
LeighPaige Beauty – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I am a licensed esthetician and pro makeup artist. My service includes facials, waxing, eyelashes, makeup, microblading, brow ext., laser hair, handmade butters, body scrubs and more. I am best known for makeup and skin treatments
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
My definition of success is being where your dreams take you. When your business is financially stable that’s a success.
