We’re looking forward to introducing you to Adrianne, Rosalyn Headen, Callahan. Check out our conversation below.
Hi Adrianne, Rosalyn, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?
ntegrity is most important to both Rosalyn and me—we hold that value in the highest regard. You can have all the intelligence and energy it takes to move forward, but without integrity, none of it will sustain you.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My closest friends have always believed I could do just about anything—long before I ever believed it myself. I was drawn to the arts from an early age, often before I even understood what I was doing. It all felt natural to me. I played instruments, wrote and performed plays, danced in jazz, tap, ballet, and hip-hop, and sang in both church and school choirs. I even designed clothing without realizing that others saw it as something special.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self to make better choices—and to understand that it’s perfectly okay to be alone while learning who you are. It took me a long time to truly trust myself during moments of struggle, but being alone in those times taught me resilience and strength. I’d also remind myself that it’s always worth it to invest in yourself. It’s a beautiful thing to want to help others, but you must first pour into what matters most to you.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, Rosalyn and I are exactly who we appear to be—we don’t try to be anything other than ourselves. We both believe that living authentically is the greatest gift you can offer, both to yourself and to others. And I say ‘others’ intentionally, because people need to feel at ease around you. When you pretend to be someone you’re not, you’re not just hiding—you’re withholding the true greatness you have to give.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
This is a great question—and one that Rosalyn and I have talked about often. We both genuinely feel that we’re doing exactly what we were born to do. Being part of something this special is incredibly fulfilling. We’re excited to finally be creating something that not only transforms our own lives, but has the power to impact others as well. From an early age, we knew that storytelling was our greatest passion, and now, having the opportunity to help others share their stories with the world is more than we ever imagined.
