We recently had the chance to connect with Gwyneth Ndikaka and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Gwyneth, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
A recent moment that made me feel incredibly proud was when we raised over $32,000 to take 30 kids on the very first WNDRS Travel Experience to Disney World. What started as a bold dream became a powerful display of faith, community, and purpose. We didn’t have major sponsors backing us—just faithful people who believed in the mission and gave from the heart. Watching these kids experience Orlando, Florida and Disney World for the first time, was overwhelming in the best way. It reminded me that when you lead with vision and obedience, God provides. This trip wasn’t just about fun—it was about planting seeds of hope, wonder, and identity in the next generation. This experience changed all of us. It’s something I’ll never forget, and I’m confident it created memories that will stay with them for a lifetime.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Gwyneth Ndikaka, and I’m the founder of WNDRS—a faith-based brand and organization dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences that help people experience the awe-inspiring wonders of God. Through WNDRS, we host worship nights, community events, and travel experiences designed to spark wonder, deepen faith, and build identity. What makes WNDRS unique is that we don’t just talk about faith—we live it out in creative, intentional, and impactful ways that meet people where they are. Everything we do is rooted in purpose and powered by God.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that really shaped – and continues to shape – how I see the world is every time I stand by the ocean. There’s something about the vastness of the water and the sound of the waves that brings everything into perspective. I’m always brought back to the verse that says He knows the number of grains of sand, and in that moment, I remember: if God is mindful of something as small and countless as sand, then surely He’s mindful of me. It shifts my perspective and reminds me that my problems, no matter how overwhelming they feel, are never too big for God. The ocean reminds me to surrender, to trust, and to keep perspective.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be, “you are more than enough”. You don’t have to shrink, strive, or prove yourself to be worthy of love, purpose, or belonging. Everything you need is already inside of you—and God didn’t make a mistake when He made you. Keep going. You’re becoming everything He created you to be.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say that my faith matters most to me. My faith is more than just a belief, but my faith shapes how I live, lead, and love. No matter what I am doing, my relationship with God influences everything I do. They would probably also say that I care deeply about people, purpose, and creating spaces where others feel seen, valued, and inspired to grow.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
The story I hope people tell about me when I’m gone is one filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories. I want to be remembered for how I made others feel deeply loved, truly seen, heard, valued, and appreciated. I hope they remember that every act of love and care was done not for my own glory, but solely to bring honor and praise to God. I want to be known as someone who feared the Lord, was faithful in every season, and consistently went above and beyond to serve and support others with reliability and grace.
