We recently had the chance to connect with Katelin Schebler and have shared our conversation below.
Katelin, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I am most proud of building, is my marriage. My husband Jon and I recently celebrated 15 years of marriage and have been together for 19 years. We met when we were in collage and have been able to grow and build a life together.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, My name is Katelin Schebler and I am the Founder and Owner of Culture A Day Spa, LLC and KS Esthetics Professional Skincare, LLC. I launched both my companies between 2017-2018 in North Texas and continue to run both companies in Texas today.
With Culture A Day Spa our mission is two fold: 1)The Team Member Experience: Provide our employees with a Culture of professionalism, trust, caring and team-oriented atmosphere. We want our employees to feel like they are a part of something larger – something that allows them to touch the lives of all they have the opportunity to know. 2) The Guest Experience: Provide each guest with a memorable experience; helping each client to feel relaxed and rejuvenated in their mind, body and spirit. We will do this by providing the finest upscale experience, by using the highest quality products, and the most well-trained team.
KS Esthetics Professional Skincare complements Culture’s Mission by providing our customers and team with an exceptional skincare brand focused on blending high concentrations of proven ingredients while infusing plant technology, which then provides superior results both in treatments and at home.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I feel that was breaks the bond between people is the lack of clear communication and what restores them is clear, non-emotional and factual communication.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Be patient and trust that God has a plan for you as long as you allow him to be the guide.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
In business, I am very extraverted and ready to talk to anyone as well as tackle any situation. In my personal life, is am introverted; 80% to be exact based off my last personality test.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What are you doing today that won’t pay off for 7–10 years?
What we are doing today is growing two custom brands that have been built from the ground up. Culture A Day Spa celebrated 7 years in 2025 and KS Esthetics Professional Skincare just celebrated 8 years. In 7-10 years, I expect us to be witnessing the fruits of our labor with brand recognition, reputation, sustainability and growth.
