Today we’d like to introduce you to Dana Stimson.
Dana, we’d love to hear your story and how you got to where you are today both personally and as an artist.
I am a retail manager in the business for over 20 years. I love interacting with clients and enjoy helping women feel good in the skin that they are in. I have a love of fashion and found that Instagram lets me express my love of fashion and possibly inspire someone to try something new.
We’d love to hear more about your art. What do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
I post fashion outfits on my blog Stimson_style. I do this because even though mainstream media has come a very long way in terms of inclusivity, we still have a very long way to go. I think it’s important for women to see great style of women of all shapes and sizes. Fashion isn’t reserved for the size 2 model anymore.
Artists face many challenges, but what do you feel is the most pressing among them?
Their voices being heard. And making real connections with people.
