My name is Ashley Mukendi, and I’m the owner and founder of TMOMK_EDITS. I’m a firm believer in Christ, and my faith is the foundation of everything I do. I’m a professional photographer, videographer, graphic designer, and filmmaker, fully licensed in all four categories.
I started TMOMK_EDITS with a passion for creativity and a heart for service. What began as a vision soon became my purpose — to use my gifts to create, inspire, and serve others. The same way God shows His love toward us is the same way I show love and care toward my clients. I believe this isn’t just a business — it’s my calling — to serve through my art, my craft, and my faith.
My style of work is always designed to bring you a story, a movie, and a cinematic feel, capturing moments that are not just seen, but felt. Every project I create is a reflection of emotion, purpose, and excellence.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has definitely not been a smooth road. As a firm believer in Christ, I’ve been tested many times in my faith throughout the growth of my business. There have been moments where I’ve faced challenges, setbacks, and even disrespect within my own business.
But through it all, I’ve learned to continue showing the love of Christ no matter what. These bumps in the road have shaped me — and they’ve shaped what TMOMK_EDITS is today. Every trial has strengthened my character, my creativity, and my purpose, reminding me that faith and perseverance are at the heart of true success.

In my work, I cover a wide range of creative fields. In photography, I focus mainly on fashion and e-commerce photoshoots, capturing bold visuals that tell a story through style and emotion. In videography and filmmaking, I specialize in short films and documentaries that bring real moments to life with a cinematic touch. On the graphic design side, I create athlete commitment posters and business flyers, helping brands and individuals stand out with professional, eye-catching designs.
Beyond my creative work, I also have a ministry called THE HOLY CHANNEL, where I give people the opportunity to share their testimonies. I believe that one testimony can be powerful enough to bring someone out of the dark and closer to Christ.
What truly sets me apart is the love I show my clients through my creativity. The same way Christ shows His love to us, I strive to reflect that same love in every project I take on. It’s not just my talent they see — it’s Christ working through me, and that’s what makes every experience with TMOMK_EDITS different and meaningful.

Something that might surprise people who know me or my work is that everything I create starts from prayer. Before every shoot, edit, or design, I take a moment to invite God into the process. Many people see the finished product — the visuals, the creativity, the cinematic style — but what they might not realize is that my inspiration truly comes from Him. I don’t just create for the sake of art; I create with purpose. Every project is a way for me to serve, to inspire, and to reflect the light of Christ through my work.
