Hi Carlos , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am architect who has worked with three Dallas firms over the years. I have also had my own practice for the last 20 years or so. I have worked on residential projects in the Dallas area, but have also worked on a number of international projects, primarily in central and south america, the middle east and Europe to a lesser extent.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
its never a smooth road. as a sole practitioner, securing the work and collecting fees can be a challenge. I also had to learn to speak portugues along the way
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I don’t specialize in any particular style, but rather I try to understand the clients dreams and aspirations and help them achieve them.
