Check Out Damondray Christle’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Damondray Christle.

Hi Damondray, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
Hey, so it all started with me being goofy while I was in school. I was laid back but, goofy and when I refer to school I’m referring to college. I was always trying to play or pretend I was somebody from a movie. I had a friend named Deion in college in he would always ask me to do this M.I.B reenactment of when the dude spaceship crashed and I would have them rolling laughing. They would tell me you need to act bro you need to act. So a few years after I actually took it into consideration.

When I actually saw myself On Demand on this movie called Jerico we’re I was on set with my brother, my older brother Brandon who we call Lamar who played PK in Carter High Movie and is now in the Triple D Revenge movie as Big Lou. Lamar had me coming on set with him from time to time. So I learned how things went rather quickly starting off as an extra to supporting roles to lead roles.

Since then, I have created a movie called The Brothers Game Movie we’re I play Marcus Harris in the film a troubled teen who is destined for greater but, goes through many hardships while he is on his journey written by myself and Rjay Colbert. While in the midst of filming multiple movies and etc I became a talk show host for my show called Millennialz Room which airs on Roku Channel on VantaBlackTV throughout the week. We discuss different topics that many millennials deal with in today’s society. So be sure to tune in or watch when you get a chance.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road isn’t always as smooth as it can be but, definitely while on my journey I have been very blessed. To meeting people from different parts of the world and enjoying their spirit makes it easy because that type of energy is contagious and I love to be around good positive energy when you’re on set or even off. You create relationships with strangers and become friends for years, They make it easy for me.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Well, so as you know I act I’m an actor first. Then I got into directing and producing. As I was saying a little earlier I have a movie on the way and I also have a talk show which is really cool, because I get to hear different perspectives from different people. I don’t really see too many young men with a talk show but, I do it because I also want people to be vocal I give the people a voice to speak out on how they feel with no judgment. So I’ll say I’m proud I created this platform for individuals to come and speak their minds.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
To be honest the whole Covid 19 caught a lot of us off guard. Covid literally stopped a lot of us from filming. Honestly, it just taught us to be careful and protect yourself, be clean of course. Which I hope people was doing that before this even came about. Literally just making sure you be careful because a lot of people never had symptoms but, Just being super precautious because everybody may not react the same to the Covid, you know.
